After PHP 8 Upgradation many of the functionality not working

Hi Team,

I'm using Rukovoditel 2.5.2 and when I update to PHP 8 and it throwing error and this CRM is not working properly. Please let me know what should I do?

Update app to 3.3.1 version https://www.rukovoditel.net/download.php
It supports PHP 8.0 and 8.1
PHP 8.2 will be supported in 3.4 version.
