This applies to both this version, as well as the previous.
When setting the file limit to 1, and someone uploads an attachment, but then presses delete because they uploaded the wrong file, they cant upload it again as it still says they reached the file queue limit.
Another side effect of this is, they are unable to save the entity once they do this, as it still thinks "files are loading, please wait".
NOTES: Yes, I know you have the "File Upload" option instead of the attachments, but the file upload option has no progress bar to indicate whether the file is actually uploading or not!

File from archive replace to js/ folder
Then click CTRL+F5 to reset js cache.
Please test upload with limit and without limit. Let me know if it's works ok now.
