How to manage Comments

Hi Mates,

I really like this PMS

I have a quick question, how can the comments of a manager/developer against a project/task can be visible for Client?

Is it possible that both of them can post/view comments against a project/task?

Hi

you can enable comments for each entity in General Configuration
once it's enabled you can configure comments access

One more quick question, Is there any possibility to filters comments/tasks?

Is it possible to make flow like this?

1) Client added a tasks
2) Admin approved/assign it to Manager and Developer
3) Then Manager/Developer will be able to see tasks

No, at the moment there is no filters in comments

I see where you are going with this question. One way to accomplish this would be not to assign the task to a developer until it is approved. Whoever approves the task can do the assigning.

Hi Mates,

Is it possible to show some nicks in this column http://grab.by/JJcO instead of full name?

I added a field with Short Name or Nick but don't know how to display it in the mentioned column instead of full name.
