Dutch Translation for 3.2 (Core and Extension)

Here's the translation for version 3.2. I used version 2.8 for the basis and besides translating all the new strings, I also made the following changes throughout the entire translation:
- The informal and formal forms of address were used interchangeably. I changed this to the informal (Dutch: "jij"/"jou(w)") everywhere.
- There were numerous links to an old blog at Rukovoditel.net instead of the documentation website. Updated all of them and added a few that were still missing.
- Fixed numerous typos and crooked translations. (Although there's still more to do probably.)
