Registration email stopped sending

The Verification Code email is working fine but the system is not sending the Registration email with the Username and Password to the new applicant.

This is causing some real problems at the moment if they do not create their own password.

Anybody know why this may be happening. I have tried everything I can think of but still not working.

Maybe email go to Spam? Any other notification email works?
Can you do tests with different emails.

For me isn’t working too…

I don’t know how to reproduce the issue, but I can give you an access to my system, if you want.

If test email not working then issue with emails on your server. Do you use SMTP? If so try to turn it off.
Do you see any errors?

Also try to update to latest (3.2) version
