Pivot table in dashboard is running permanently without coming to an end

I have several pivot table reports (old pivot version). I want to show up one of these reports in the dashboard. But as soon as I declare it in the settings for the dashboard and the report should show up, it does not come to an end (processing circle is rotating permanently). This happens with all pivot table reports of old version in the dashboard.

Even if a pivot table report is specified as first report in dashboard, it blocks generating all following reports. If the report is called from menu it runs properly. Seems to be a problem with the dashboard.

Pivot table pro is working properly. But I need stacked bars report of old pivot table version, because new pro version seems not to provide this option (look also at my question according this matter in this forum).

Hard to say what is it. Just try to remove report and create new one.

I did so several times. Does not help. Confusing is, that it only happens if the report is evoked by the dashboard. Calling normally from menue or in the creation dialogue it works fine.

Whilst the pivot reports are great we often find they are very slow and often timeout

As mentioned before, this happens only if evoked in dashboard. I can't understand why it works perfectly evoking by other ways.
