Image map for nested records

Hi Sergey,
when changing the an old image to a new image the display on item page shows a mixture of old and new image. I have tried to remove linked subentity and to attach another one but there is no change, still image mixup. It looks like the mixup depends on the scale the user chooses. Filesizes of images are about 15 MB. If no fix available, could you please tell me which table hold the information and which upload folders contain the image files. Perhaps, I can clear table field and folders for a reset.

Image should have the same size. Coordinates of points stored in fields type in subentity.
