Nested Entity Form - Access rules for childs

I discovered accidentally a problem with the access rules to childs in nested entity forms.
For the parent I defined the access rules but forgot to do so for the child entity.
Changing to a regular user I discovered that:

The item page does not chow the child records as expected. The item info page is correctliy set to show the childs.

The form showed the nested childs, which should not be, as the access was not allowed:

This is correct. You can control access to nested form in field settings. Some times it needs to manage nested items via form only but in general access should be visible only.
