No login after update 2.7 to 2.8

I did an update as described
- backup of db
- placed all files of 2.8 version into program directory on server (overwriting old files) with ftp client
- run the http://[your-site]/install/autoupdate/from_2.7_to_2.8.php with success
- cancelled the install directory on server
- trying to renter the program but get a screen with title of my application (correct) and Login window without any field for user and password. No way to enter the system. (see screenshot)
System is in maintenance mode as I set before update.
Database is in place and seems not to be corrupted (checked with phpMyAdmin).

Maintenance mode should allows you login as admin. Try to reset browser cache. Try to login in other browser.

No way from other browser/other computer and resetting cache. Is there an error log file?

Try to replace all files again.
