Image in Templates to Export and question Input Numeric Field

Is it possible in Version 1.8 in Templates to Export, image attachment {#508:Image} as image file? Now the name is displayed as text.

One more question: a customer name X has Input Numeric Field 1000 $. Each work is deducted from the 1000$. He can see what his budget is still available.

1000$ -150$ for work
850$ - 200$ for work

Customer account shows 650$

And here Image-3 the 500 € are deducted from the 4999. If he is to create a new bill the amount of 4499 is deducted.
