Hey there.
I found a Bug. If you are changing any Rules of a User Group, it will be deleted. Even if you change Comments from yes to no or no to yes.

Are you sure you have used 3.1 version? Because table app_ext_pivot_map_reports was added for version 2.7 in extension. Same here. I reinstalled the whole software on serveral servers. It still has this issue.
