I agree.... certainly being able to file email in folders... off server would be a bonus, to save space.

It would be very useful if Users can be assigned User Roles automatically to all records and/or when a new record is created.

When setting access to Chat, it would be useful to be able to add individual Users as well as entier User Groups. More usedul would be the ability to exclude individual Users.

I would vote for decentralized storage over Google Drive or OneNote.... Alphabet and Microsoft should not have proprietary rights over your businesses information...
