Hi, I want to report 2 bugs in field "Stages":
1. Comment added when changing stage was not recorded/shown on the comment section
2. Stage changes were not recorded in history (menu "change history", extension)

I experience the webpage is not redirected after adding records through automatic action. Instead it shows:

select type, id, configuration from app_fields where id='467'select type, id, configuration from app_fields where id='467'
